Our Process

We work with you and your Senior Leadership team to properly scope the role you are hiring, developing a persona of the ideal candidate and writing the resulting job description. We help you define and plan the interview process.

We then identify the best candidates available based on the specification. We contact them, interview them, and qualify them to establish their suitability, availability and compensation level.

Once your team has held initial interviews with candidates that we've put forward, we mutually agree a shortlist of candidates to take forward to further rounds.

We manage candidates through the interview process reducing admin overhead on your side and making sure all candidates have a great experience.

When it comes to making the offer, we're there to support you and the candidate. We can help make sure you have everything ready to make a comprehensive offer, and manage any negotiations between you and the candidates, steering this part of the process to a successful conclusion.

Onboarding starts the second the offer is accepted, and we stick close to your new hire as they work through their notice, taking care of questions and preparations leading up to their start date. The care continues well into their first months with your company.
